I ordered the 3 Meats + 2 Sides plate. 2 ordersof ribs,1 brisket with potato salad and slaw. The ribs were incredible, some of the best St. Louisstyle I've had around Sacramento. The leEl of smoking and moisture was spot on.
The brisket, well what a disappointment after those ribs. The brisket was way over smokedand dried out. The main taste was smoke and saw dust like dryness. So sad...
The bbq sauce that comes on the side was house made, very delicious, sweet, savory and smoky. Great Job!
Slaw- well can't review it. They gave me 2 potato salads instead. Bummer!!
Potato salad- one word says it all, MAYO. Holy MAYO Batman!! The small over cooked pieces of potato were floating in a sea of mayo. It did have a splash of paprika, not much help.
In final, the portion size was very generous, 3 ribs per order, (very meaty) 4 cuts of brisket, (won't do that again), 1 1/2 cups of potato salad each. I will Definately order again, but all ribs and hopefully get different sides.

Shared a 3 Meats and 2 Sides plate and still have plenty of food left over! Ribs were definitely the star of the show!! They were delicious. The other two meats (brisket and tri-tip) were decent. But it's hard to compare to the ribs. I do not think I would get the brisket again. Everything was hot and seemed fresh. Greens were basic but good. And the Mac n cheese was kind of bland. FYI: The Soft Drink is a can soda.

Great food!
Meaty, moist ribs. Crispy fries. The beans have a tasty amount of bbq sauce in them. The bbq sauce is tangy and sweet.
The 2 Meats and 2 Sides feeds 2+ people for 2 days.

I ordered 3 Meats and 2 Sides which included baked beans, slaw (so good!),chicken,pulled pork, and brisket. There is so much food, my husband and I can share and still have leftovers! So tast, we wiall be ordering again soon! (My son wishes they had burnt ends.)

Ribs were delicious! Generous portion, but what was up with the " Mac and cheese" ?!?!Mac and no cheese-wayyyyy too much black pepper, it was the only thing you could taste! Threw it out, it was awful. Glad there were lots of ribs to eat instead. Ribs get a 5, fries a 4, but that Mac and cheese? 0.
