The Jerk Chicken had a nice heat that came on slow. Greens were perfect as the green beans were. That baked Macaroni and Cheese reminds me of my mom's, so good.

Daddy's Ultimate Sampler I’m back for the third time, and this place never misses. If you’re looking for authentic flavor and portions that don’t play around, this is it.
The Breakdown:
The Main Event: The short ribs are incredible—tender, falling off the bone, and smothered in a rich, savory gravy that hits just right.
The Seafood: The fried fish and shrimp arrived fresh and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they use a solid cornmeal-style breading that keeps it crispy without being greasy.
The Sides: That potato salad is the real deal. Creamy, seasoned well with a hit of paprika, and has that homemade taste you usually only find at a family cookout. The crab cake was another standout—fresh and packed with flavor.
Everything was hot, fresh, and consistently delicious. It’s officially my go-to spot when I want a meal that tastes like it was made with heart.

the beef ribs were terrific and the fried shrimp was the perfect compliment to them.mac and cheese was fresh and delicious and the yams were just enough to complete the portions. great choice tonight.ill definitely beck

I'd like to start by saying that this restaurant is actually Tropical Delight Cafe, this can be misleading to consumers and I believe people should've informed about what they are spending their money on. Secondly, none of the food I received was fresh... I ordered the black eyed peas and they were literally FROZEN in the middle, I also purchased the beef ribs---they had no meat and had clearly been reheated.. the food was bland and tough. Definitely not worth the money at all. If you've had poor experiences with tropical delight, I would not go here... it's the same place . The customer service matched the quality of food.

The flounder with two sides arrived soggy, which was disappointing. The last time I ordered the whiting it was actually pretty good, so I was expecting a similar experience.
The food seemed fresh overall, but the portion size could have been a little bigger.
