Pho (/fe:/) is a Vietnamese's signature noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, a few herbs, and meat, primarily made with either beef or chicken. Fresh vegetables served on the side with pho (seasonal) culantro, basil, lime, bean sprouts, chili pepper.
Served in bowl with vermicelli rice noodle, roasted peanut, fresh vegetables, herbs, bean sprout and pickled carrot served with mixed herb fish sauce/soy sauce.
