Finally!! Authentic Mexican food with IMPECCABLE taste!! I move abroad next week, sad I'm just now finding this! This hit all the spots! 5 stars! ***** Thought I would need the nacho cheese, but I'll save it for another dish - the Alambre is so flavorful- nothing else needed!

This is the best Mexican food in southwest Omaha, hands down. Don't sleep on the cachete, it's the best protein on the menu, and elevates a taco to a whole new level.
Nachos are unique and utterly addictive. I was disappointed at first because they use queso instead of shredded cheese. I usually don't care for this approach because it makes the bottom soupy and the chips soggy, but the queso flavor hits so hard that it all works. (Just be prepared to use a fork, not your fingers!)
The green and red salsas are not very spicy but they’re both delicious. I usually ask for an extra cup of the red, it complements the tacos very well.
Counter service is always friendly, and deliveries arrive hot and fresh. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Have always loved El Alambre but when I saw they were on DoorDash now, had to IMMEDIATELY place an order! Asada Fries are the BEST (especially with the salsa verde) and the Churro - Plain was AMAZING and still soft on the inside and crisp on the outside when it got here!

We love El Alambre on Harrison. So close to our house and perfect for a quick and flavorful authentic Mexican meal when we don't feel like cooking.

if you want 2 bites of rice and beans for 10 bucks. this is your spot. if you want a ketchup cup of guacamole for 5 bucks go for it. portion to price suck
