They tend to substitute products that are not available and actually charge you the difference without checking. This has happened to me more than once. I had to very quickly call the store and cancel the order. It is time consuming and very inconvenient. I haven't had this problem with any othercompanies.

I just would like to talk about the cheese pull apart. First of all, you cannot pull it apart. Secondly, there is no cheese throughout the loaf only outside of the loaf. When you slice it lengthwise, it is nothing but a white loaf of bread with some cheese crust. Very disappointing.
The cinnamon loaf is fabulous. There is cinnamon throughout every piece.

I had ordered 6 items one for each guest at my house watching the World Cup game.
I only received 4/6 items as 2 of the 6 were out of stock, which is very normal for items to be out of stock, and yes I was refunded the amount, but a communication should have happened, so I could replace items with a different option , but I was not.

The cheese pull apart is not what it says. First of all, you cannot pull it apart. It is simply a loaf of white bread with cheese around the outside. There is absolutely no cheese inside the bread. Very disappointing.
