Two-Meat Combo* is enough to feed a horse, my husband and I could split it. Great value for portion. The Smoked Chicken Nachos* are huge, again, you could split it between two or three people. I subbed the chicken for brisket, good flavor. We have leftovers too!

The Delta Catfish Plate is awesome. Huge portions of food...flavorsome fish and fries, and the collard greens were cooked perfectly...even the stems were soft and easy to chew. Good cornbread, too. Highly recommend.

This is the best beef brisket in Ocala out of the three establishments that sell it. what really sets it apart Is your choice between lean and fatty Beef Brisket* .. The other two places give you the fatty slop with no choice..

Chopped Brisket Sandwich* and Sliced Brisket Sandwich are huge in portion of meat. Chose lean meat for both, and actually got it. Onion Rings*and Hand-Cut Fries* were delicious. Best fries I've ever had. The Red Slaw* is spicy and fresh. I also got a cup of the Bruswick Stew. Next time, I'll order a bowl. This was our first time ordering from this restaurant. We relocated here in 2019 from Southern CA. I do miss their restaurants, but not much else. This place is my new go to for BBQ. It's a bit pricey but I'd rather pay more for great quality food. Try it, it doesn't disappoint. Next time we will try a couple of the full meals. Thank you to the owner, and kudos to the chef!

nc pork is fire, so is the brisket especially with the options. I order from here at least twice a week. good portion for even choose 1 but the Three-Meat Combo* is huge. garlic grits, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes are the best.
