Best bbq restaurant I've found, been coming to gatlinburg for over 10 years twice a year and this takes the best spot, huge portions for the price, highly recommend!

Food was hot but had not a lick of seasoning! I got the 9 wings with green beans and the wings were soggy and the green beans had no seasoning whatsoever. My boyfriend got the brisket sandwich with Mac n cheese and baked beans. The Mac n cheese was okay and the baked beans had no flavor. We also ordered the chilli cheese fries and the chilli was thick and looked old and they also had no flavor. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

the food is good, but they didn't give me my fries or any sauces. I tried to call multiple times with no answer

We did not receive the coffee we ordered. The food was OK, not worth what we paid.
