For what we got, the food was enough to feed two people comfortably. The ribs had a wonderful flavor and chew. We had made rice that soaked up a lot of the grease. The brisket was tender and juicy, and had a visibly appealing smoke ring.
I would recommend this place as a treat from time to time. Pricy, but worth it if you don’t have the time to BBQ properly.

While the Brisket tasted good, I wish everything wasn't all put together in the container. The brisket was extremely fatty and was kinda gross trying to dig through the polenta and queso to get rid of the fat. The whole texture of the meal was very one note, mushy. Would've been better if the brisket was separate from the polenta and queso add-on. The Stimey's Walking Taco Frito Pie was delicious as always.

The Brisket was perfect and they have a nice tomato/vinegar sauce that's nicely acidic and peppery. Their Macaroni and cheese was cooked well but I'm not fond of that style pasta or the strong American cheese flavor; I prefer a more baked style.

Wedge salad all lettuce pretty much, skimpy on the toppings and dressing. Texas Turkey was flavorful but dry. Potato salad was ok. Tri Tip was very good. Not a fan of there BBQ sauces. White Bread was free and not fresh.

We have experienced wonderful things in the past from your business but tonight was really disappointing. You forgot to bag our green beans we payed for and ordered. The cold slaw which we usually love had SO much pepper I couldn’t finish a few bites and had to throw away. This was expensive and we special birthday dinner request for a parent visiting from out of town and was disappointing.
