had an absolutely amazing experience at Upper Room. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and full of personality  it’s the kind of space that instantly makes you feel at home while still offering something special and unforgettable.

Nikki, our host, was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she showed genuine care and hospitality. She was attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and fully taken care of. Her kindness set the tone for the entire experience and really made the stay feel personal.

If you’re looking for a place with great vibes and a host who truly puts her heart into what she does, Upper Room with Nikki at the wheel is the perfect choice. Highly recommend  five stars all the way.

Wanted to like this place. The  6 Oz Sirloin came in at 4.36oz. Not even close.

The mixed vegetables were unseasoned and undercooked, couldn't even bite through the brussel sprout.

The sautéed shrimp only came with 7 overcooked shrimp and were pretty underwhelming. 

The description of the chicken tenders says it comes with 6 tenders, we received 4 on a bed of stuck-together fries. The amount they charged for this is pretty unbelievable.

Poke Nachos lacked flavor and spice it used to have. Also the chips were too weak to support poke, very cheap. Since change in management food has gone down. All cardboard packaging. Will not be ordering again.

Salmon salads were pretty  good especially miso dressing. Salmon slightly over cooked. Will order again.

Although I really like this restaurant, I wasn't able to enjoy the Chicken Wrap I ordered today.  It was poorly wrapped and was overwhelmingly drenched in balsamic vinegar. It seemed like someone was rushed or in a hurry as the wrap itself was falling apart, loose in a box with no wrapping around or under it. I tried to gather it all together and sort of wrap it but it was falling apart. Of all the ingredients in the Chicken Wrap, the only thing I could taste was the balsamic.

Oh my god yall the poke nachos slap I could eat that as a meal of if I wanted. Ur burgers r heckaa juicy with them crunchy fries it is so amazing plus that poke wrap DONT play wit me this food is divineee.
