Charged me an extra 19 dollars for a Seafood Cobb — I had ordered extra shrimp. They omitted that, upped the price to 59 dollar for the salad, and now I have to waste an hour on customer support.

Didn't include bread and butter that comes with meals when you eat there. Sometimes they do most of the time they don't.
