• 9/7/26Bib's 1\2 Rack Ribs were delicious and fall off the bone tender. The Mac and Cheese and Cornbread were terrific.

• 21/7/261\2 Rack Ribs were tender but a bit dry and the sweet potato side was pretty good and seemed homemade!
Arnold Palmer was okay, just tasted a bit watered down. Overall pretty solid meal- my pregnant self is satisfied!

• 8/6/26Carolina Pork was great. It is as good as the pork from the South SD Collard Greens great flavor. Reminiscent of greens in the South

• 4/9/26Bib's 1\2 Rack Ribs combo was delicious. The portions were nice. I had beans and sweet mashed potatoes as my side dishes. They were good. Their cornbread and Mac and cheese are good too. Would definitely order from them again.

• 21/6/26I rarely write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with this experience.
I understand the restaurant was closing within an hour or two of our order, but what was delivered was completely inconsistent with what we ordered and paid for.
Where were the two orders of mashed sweet potatoes? If you ran out of sweet potatoes, that's understandable but someone should have called us to let us know and given us the option to choose a replacement. Instead, you made the decision for us and sent numerous green beans. Frankly, no one needs a lifetime supply of green beans.
To make matters worse, the green beans didn't even match the menu description. The onions and bacon were missing, plus several BBQ sauces were incorrect, and others were missing altogether.
The reviews led me to expect a much better experience, which made this even more disappointing. Mistakes happen, but poor communication and missing items made this order feel careless and not worth what we paid.
