The Kanpyo CutRoll is out of this world! The lightness and freshness and squash but the deep umami and texture of actual sushi. Better than any imitation/substitute sushi we've ever tried and it's just fermented squash! Absolutely perfect. The Brussels sprouts are also fire. As is the egg sushi. This is our new go-to sushi spot for sure!
