We ordered 2 large pizzas and desert and all of them were burnt. Not golden and crispy, burnt. Crust inedible. Something I'd never serve to anyone. The cinnamon bread didn't look anything like it was supposed to and the box looked like someone dumped oil or grease all over it. Worst blaze experience in my 10 years of being a customer.

I love Blaze typically but I'm kind of disappointed with my order today. I ordered 2 of the same 2 Top Pizza (11-inch), mushroom and bacon, there was almost no bacon on my pizza except a few crumbs here and there. Multiple slices with no bacon at all. The pizza was good regardless but if I wanted a mushroom pizza I would've saved money and just ordered that. Also added Red Pepper Flakes and Parmesan and none came with my order which is kind of unfortunate. Maybe it's my bad for ordered an hour before closing but the same quality should be expected regardless honestly.

When I received my pizza it was hard, when I told the workers they said that that was how the gluten free crust was. I have been getting the gluten free crust for five years and it has never come out the way it did today. It was almost inedible.

Cinnamon Bread was burnt and the Cheesy Bread had way too much oreganoon it. 2 Top Pizza (Large) wasnt cut all the eay through. probably won't be ordering again.
