Several years ago, the chicken from this chain used to be plump and juicy, now there's not much meat on the chicken, but a whole lot of very, very hard fried coating, hard enough to break your teeth if you're not careful. Also their jalapeño cheese bombers, they were ellipse almost empty. They did not used to be this way.

I ordered the 3 pieces of all white meat, with cole slaw, biscuit, and large Coke. What i got was two dried up wings with very little edible meat and a very dry breast. Instead of a full cup of slaw, they gave me about 3/4 full. Instead of Coke, they sent a large sweet tea with hardly any ice and that tasted as if it wss old snd soured.
I also ordered a three piece chicken with a bisvuit and honey mustar sauce. I nevet received the sauce. Thee chicken fingers were dry and hard to chew.

Door dashed my Food and it wasn't fresh at all. Chicken dark, fries dark only thing fresh was the biscuit.

Whoever is in there cooking, excellent. They provided me with exactly what I ordered, it was hot and fresh as if I ordered in restaurant. I ordered the 4PC Chicken and some extra Jalapeño Peppers. EXCELLENT!

second time ordering from this store and the second time they left the Honey-Butter Biscuits™ and sauces out of the bag . happening once is accidental, every time is ridiculous as expensive as they are
