Wow this is my new favorite Thai place! I loved Thai Luang, which was the name of this place before the sale/re-brand, and I love Nunu's nearby - family member of the owner of Thai Luang -but I just tried this place for the first time and was really surprised by the quality and flavor of everything I ordered, and I sampled the menu pretty well. I always judge a Thai restaurant first by the beef Pad Ka Prow, and I've never had anything this good, even at a big name place in Vegas, no joke (not that Vegas is Thailand but they've got some really good Thai joints). The Boat Beef Noodles Soup actually traveled for the whole drive home and was still way too good when I re-assembled it in a pho bowl. The Som-tum Lao (Papaya Salad Lao Style) is unlike any papaya salad I've seen in Virginia, and the Northern Ginger Curry Pork (Kaeng Hung Lay) - The Northern Delicacy is super rich with the fatty pork belly. Try the great pork Pad Gra-Tiam too
