Literally to die for, im obsessed with this place. Ive only ever gotten their veggie burger with garlic fries, and it's the best thing ever so i get it every time. Literally every 2 weeks on pay day i treat myself to this haha. Totally recommend!!! Not to mention their homemade sauces! Pls try this

Our food was fresh, fast, and well packaged. I wanted to ❤️, but 1 thing made this meal less than perfect.
I personally ordered the MUSHROOM BURGER and it would have been scrumptious except for the pickle sauce spread on the bun. Luckily I also ordered the TEMPURA SHRIMP which was delicious. The rest of my family liked & ate all of the food!

The BACON BURGER-meal was fine! I super appreciate the containers they used because nothing was soggy and mushy. The 4 4 PIECE FISH & CHIPS- was a little different, we got 2 orders of them. They gave us the extra tartar we requested which is awesome! But my fish was icky. It just tasted raw and mushy once you got beyond the nice breading. I also got such a small amount of fries compared to the other two meals in the house so I was a bit bummed. I also noticed after contacting DD that the coleslaw literally tasted like warm water. It was the strangest and most upsetting thing.

It's honestly never worth the money and I regret it every time. But once every few months I give it a shot and the burgers are always overcooked, and the MOZZARELLA STICKS were rubbery. I ate 2/6 and tossed the rest out. Dining in you typically get a better quality.

The customer service here exceeds so much in the Tri/Cities! My friend who has dietary restrictions always swore by Hops and Drops, I now get it! Nicely done, whoever answered that phone!!! We'll be back
