Back to G's Taco Spot for dinner tonight! Once again, ordering the always delicious and satisfying Quesadillas with Carne Asada. Sometimes you get quesadillas as an appetizer, because let's face it, it's just a tortilla and cheese.
Not at G's Taco Spot, at G's a Quesadillas is a meal!
There has to be over a pound, at least, of your choice of protein in a G's Taco Spot Quesadillas.
I ordered the Quesadillas with Carne Asada, with plenty of cheese; a fresh tortilla; and all that delicious & well seasoned meat.
I ordered sides of Guacamole & Sour Cream, along with their fresh green salsa.
Definitely ordering again & again!

The Combo Burrito was great! But I'm going to talk about the Chips & 4oz Guacamole 1st. In one word, INCREDIBLE! People say "chips are chips" or "they're a necessary evil for salsa/guacamole or nachos". Not these Chips! Thick; Crispy; Not Greasy; Well Salted; and they don't shatter just trying to get them out of the bag. A good sized portion of the Amazing Guacamole and you will be a very very happy camper!
The most perfect thing that I can say about Combo Burrito is that it was ALL MINE!!
I chose the meat; the amount of rice or beans, or none; the amounts or inclusions of the onion & cilantro; salsa inside or outside, hot or mild salsa; added extras if I wanted them. Anything, Everything, & Nothing because it arrived the way I wanted it to!
And the taste & flavours were delicious, exactly what I was expecting and wanting.
I ate it all so fast there was no time for pics!
Next time, and there will be a next time, there will be lots of photos!!!
