biscuits were extremely hard, sausage tasted old. disappointed 😞

I ordered a caramel iced coffee with my meal. When I opened the lid it looked like milky water. I tasted it and it tasted exactly like sweet tea with some of the caramel flavor added to it. My guess is they didn't have coffee brewed at the time, which is odd. So they gave me tea with caramel instead? That's gross and now I don't have coffee, which is the main reason I ordered.
