• 10/4/25Today I ordered a bakers dozen assorted bagels delivered.
It arrived on time and I was advised every step of the way. From when it was being prepared to picked up to on the way from the store to my house. The bagels were so fresh and delicious. I love to eat a fresh bagel not toasted nice and soft as soon as I get them home.
Here is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars.
The bagels were packaged right into the paper bag as shown by my photos.
It was very difficult to open the bag that was stapled shut almost to the top. I took the bagels out of the paper bag and immediately placed them into 2 freezer bags which should have been provided as is with other good bagel shops.
If just judged and reviewed on the bagels themselves, a 5 all the way. Price, flavor and freshness along with selection is fantstic. Certainly well worth a try.

• 29/6/25This was probably one of the best bagel sandwiches I've tried. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese with asiago bagel. The egg was so fluffy and just how i like it, such a filling and yummy breakfast. Would order again!

• 5/1/25Usually very good, fresh bagels.This morning bagels were hard, cold, misshaped, with pretzel dough like taste. I called NY Bagel Factory and asked if there had been any changes to their baking method and was told nothing had changed. So this is very unusual.

• 30/4/22Everything was amazing! Hands down the best omlet I've had in a long time! The turkey club avocado made with real turkey full of flavor. The iced cubista I'm still craving the next day was perfection.

• 21/12/24I got the Create a Bagel with hummus and jalapeños and it was DELICIOUS! Also got a chocolate chip Muffin toasted which was also amazing! Love how they do the coffee ice cubes in the Large Iced Coffee as well!
