The Burnt End Mac 'n' Cheese had a rancid flavor. I associated it with the taste/smell of curdled milk, but my husband (chef) said it was too much liquid smoke. Whatever it was, it was inedible.
The cheesy corn bake also had a similar hint of rancid, but not as bad as the Mac.
