Usually it's a hit or miss with stores in medina because of the stress the workers have especially during high volume times. But five guys really did it right this time. My driver wasn't waiting at the store for an unreasonable amount of time. Everything arrive fresh, not warm- but almost fresh out hot. Burger wasn't rushed or sloppy looking. The wrapping didn't smush the burger and the fry's I ordered were almost overfilled and extras on the bottom. this is I think the only review I've ever posted- and that's saying something.

For the price they charge, everything should be way above average, at least.The burger (Double w/cheese, pickles,ketchup, tomato,mayo) was a sloppy mess. The fries were greasy and limp. $29 for a burger, fries and a 20 oz bottle of coke, and it wasn't even mediocre. Go to Culvers.

I ordered a Little Cajun Fries to go with my burgers. I received a tiny cup with about a handful of fries in it. Not even close to the portion size you would expect. The manager told me he was in the back doing manager stuff so he didn't know what was going on with the order. His best guess was the worker only had a few fries left and thought it would be good enough. Told me to call door dash for a refund, nothing he could do.

Burgers are almost as good as Swenson's, but not quite as good as a Galley at Swensons. Best burger in Medina.
