The fries and banana milkshake was good but I wish they didnt downsize on the milkshakes. They used to have actual sizes but now they put it in a kids cup and charge you almost 7 dollars for it. Shame on them.

The Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet Meal was delicious and really fresh nice large sandwich waffle fries were excellent will definitely order again and the Chick-fil-A® Deluxe Sandwichwas also really good.

The store ended up giving someone else my order and had to remake it, but they completely messed up my order. I ordered a chick fil a sandwich with no pickles and they added extra pickles, I also ordered a side of cheese sauce and that was not in the bag either. For my order having to be remade the fries were cold and hard and the sandwich was mushy because of how much pickles they added.

Everything was DELICIOUS, as always! My favorite place for breakfast. Willoughby Chick Fila is the best around, hands down!

Everything was packaged perfectly! this is actually the very first time a service like this one got my order correct! thank you! the fries were a little old but that's to be expected. but other than that absolutely no complaints!
