TheBig Hot Ham 'N' Cheese™ Combo is something I normally love getting. This time the whole meal was off. The buns were stale and so was the fries. I ordered a regular coke for my drink and it was diet. I was definitely disappointed with the whole meal.

Ordered chicken tenders and a monster burger combo. Chicken was cold and extremely dry from probably sitting under a light all evening. I ended up giving it to my dog. Combo was also cold and bun was hard like it had been sitting out in open air or was stale. Order was delivered 30 minutes after estimated time so food probably just sat there and got cold. Will not be ordering from here again.

burger was dry and overcooked, macaroni is runny and gross, only got one chicken sandwich even though it was a buy one get one free promo.

The food was cold and stale. The fries were undercooked, cold, unseasoned and stale. The burgers tasted good once I heated them up some. Overall, extremely disappointed to receive such horrible food. I'm about to just give up on Door Dash.
