• 5/3/24Ordered Firehouse Steak & Cheese® the bread wasnt toasted and was soggy. There wasnt much steak on the sandwich, mostly peppers and onions. I wont order again.

• 27/12/25The hook and ladder is my go to. It is always fresh and delicious. The steamer was a 4 out of 5. Would get again.

• 17/11/24The sandwiches are always good, but avoid the promotional loaded potato soup. Not only was the description misleading ("creamy"? more like "greasy"), but it tasted awful.
