This is a great pollo tropical. The order came perfect!!! Wish all of them were like this location.
The ones by my house in Miramar parkway and pines boulevard are really bad.
Will for sure order from this location again.

These people charged me 12 dollars and sent me 3 pieces of chicken. Horrible, this location is alwaus so stingy with the protein.

This is not what I ordered and definitely is not what is displayed by pollo tropical. I order this all the time and the sandwich has always been double this size. Extremely disappointed, will be requesting refund.

I was really disappointed with my order. The chicken was extremely dry—so overcooked it was hard to eat. The black beans were not prepared well at all; instead of being like a soup or having some liquid as they usually do, they were literally just plain beans. Overall, the meal was terrible and definitely not what I expected.

First they forgot most of the order. No chicken, pork , rice/beans, forgot scan of soda basically only got a can of soda instead of two and Fried Yuca. This particular store has failed me twice now and a person can't even call them up.
