Paying $1.50 each for toppings and getting literally 3 gummy's and a couple strawberries it looks like it was thrown around too

The order was completely squished into a too small container. What arrived was unrecognizable - I couldn't distinguish the ice cream from the frozen shortcake. The red items were either a couple of strawberries or maybe jam. It was meant as a "pick-me-up" for my mother, so I only tried a spoonful which tasted fresh and not overly sweet. So I can say that it did taste nice.

This was the first time I have ordered from this place. First off they called me because they didnt have the specific flavor I ordered. I thought that was so nice of them. When my ice cream came it was seriously the best ice cream I've ever had. Came in tact nice and cold, with all my toppings. Amazing all around. Would give it 700 stars. Will be my go to ice cream spot from now on.

The items we tried (sundaes and oreo blasts) were good (but a bit too sweet). Even though our dasher was great and got the items to us fast, they were pretty melted. I ordered as a surprise treat for the kids... but I probably won't do it again.
