The Oxtails one size was great!! The Curry Chicken and Curry Goat Roti is always amazing.The best place to get food. I'm always amazed by how delicious the food taste. Definite a must.

The food was good BUT the restaurant needs to do better with the food portion. I was served 2 boiled dumplings and two pieces of yam with ackee & saltfish and some callaloo: this was a large platter for $17. $17!! No. Just no. This is the reason for the thumbs down.
The Patties were okay.

unfortunately we will not be ordering again. I didn't expect much from the mini platter size wise but they only gave 2 rock hard overcooked small pieces of beef and 3rd was a grizzle piece and a bunch of dumplings to cover the meat. The other platter had the smallest serving of cabbage we've gotten from any store and the snapper was not good. Should've stuck with my usual spot on MacDade Blvd, but didn't due to the time of day. The Oxtail one size was a good portion for the cost. It came with yummy rice and peas, good cabbage and three delicious plantations. I wouldn't recommend the Mac and Cheese

I've been ordering from this place for over 15 years. For a long time, they were the best around! I usually call in and go pick up my order (the food was worth almost getting your bumper taken off trying to get out of the parking spot😂). Over the last few years quality has been inconsistent. I pretty much order the same thing every time; a Large Stew Chicken with cabbage, rice and peas, a side of mac & cheese, and a side of yams. Today's order was the same, except they were out of yams. I usually let it slide on the days when the food isn't up to par. However, this order was exceptionally bad! Why 3 stars? There were some redeeming qualities. The cabbage was perfect! My stew chicken was little more than bones and rubbery skin, but the gravy was excellent. There are no words for the Large Mac & Cheese. It saddens me that anyone thought it was okay to serve it.
I still love this spot, so I'll be back after I take some time to recover from the disappointment. I've had much better food from them in the past and I'm certain I will again!
