The cupcakes are incredible. The bakery followed my requested instructions for my flavor preference. The vanilla, coconut, and chocolate are amazing. Moist cake, not overly sweet, great icing ratio, and were delivered in perfect condition. Beautiful, tasteful, and worth the indulgence.

The best cupcakes ever. The cake, frosting, and even the packaging is perfect. The staff acknowledge any requests made in the comments section of the order and are delicious every time.

My order arrived in poor condition, the cupcake frosting had melted and spread everywhere, likely during delivery. However, the frosting itself was overly gooey and unstable, which made it difficult to enjoy. The cupcakes were also quite small for the price, and one completely fell to the ground after a single bite. They looked promising, but unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately would not order again.

I've had Kara's cupcakes several times over the years for different parties, events, just walking in the door after shopping at Town and Country and they've ALWAYS been amazing. So I thought I'd surprise my boyfriend tonight for VDay with a variety pack to split.. While they looked cute, the taste was NOT there! We split the Red Velvet and Smore's and they were the MOST dry/overcooked cupcakes I've ever had (I was thankful we had glasses of milk). We still have the chocolate and vanilla left but for the price we are completely disappointed. Not sure if it was because we used Doordash vs. coming in, but quality is quality and for the price, the purchase wasn't worth it.
