Great for hangovers. TheBeef Brisket Spicy Snails Rice Noodle Soup has a sour-savory flavor that's very nourishing, and has lots of probiotics from all the pickled veggies. The Deep Fried Dough Ball is a savory-soaked tofu-like appetizer, so don’t except crispy or doughy. Always get a side of peanut Roasted Peanuts too, they go great with everything.

Beef Tripe Spicy Snails Rice Noodle Soup Chinese Menudo! Literally cures hangovers. It doesn't have actual snail in it, but has very strong pickled flavors like pickled vegetables with a beefy sour-salty broth. It's a little funky due to the fermented ingredients, but don't let that throw you off. Worth trying at least once.
