I ordered the BLT Sandwich it had plenty of bacon and lettuce and tomatoes where fresh. . Delivery driver Sharron was very friendly and fast. I wanted to leave a additional tip for her in the app but could not for some reason. Thanks Sharron .

Our fries were terribly stale and not at all seasoned. Jacks (at least near me) have an incredible fry seasoning and there wasn't a hint of it near the fries we got from this restaurant. I definitely don't recommend ordering from this Jacks.
They also didn't include a single sauce we ordered and both of our drinks (Dr Pepper and Sprite) were running low on syrup

I ordered the Breakfast Deluxe with Iced Coffee and extra baconBacon. It was good and nice portions but they forgot my extra Bacon. For this reason I give 3 Stars. Everything else was good. The ice Iced Coffee was good as always too.

I specified no bacon on my salad because I don't eat pork they didn't have fries insisted that they gave me extra chicken not true I got exactly the amount of chicken I supposed to have there were no breast just thighs...it was all bad..also the order wasn't ready or in process when driver arrived was being cooked after verifying my order smh that never before

Jacks used to have great breakfast. What a waste of time and money. Biscuits were tough, chicken tasted like it's been in a freezer for years. Grits runny and gravy was too. Tots limp and salty. Terrible experience. The best thing was the iced coffee and that was way too sweet 0/10 would not recommend .
