Good but spendy

The Build Your Own Omelette+ was good, but buyer beware: the $14.39 price is for a plain  cheese omelet, with no additional toppings. I added ham to mine, which brought the price up over $16.00; add in coffee, and it's over $20.00.

I did appreciate having a choice of sides, other than the inevitable hash browns. I got the pancakes with mine, and upgraded to blueberry syrup at no additional charge. The flavored syrups are under Syrup Caddy  on the sides menu.

I thought $4.79 was a lot to pay for coffee, but it turned out to be a large (16 oz) serving, and they were generous with the sugar and creamer, which was real half and half.

Although this was a somewhat expensive breakfast, it was also very satisfying. I probably won't need to eat lunch today.

Horrible food quality, super small stale pieces of hash browns, no strawberries on the "strawberry French toast" the Colorado omelette was $18 and had no filling or barely any cheese, also came with nasty stale tiny piece of hash brown..

The Cinnamon Dippers  are plump and tasty raised donut holes. The $6 batch is 7 dippers and the $5 are 4 dippers

You do get a lot of food for your money;I will say that. Unfortunately, the main part of the meal, the biscuits and gravy, weren't all that good. The biscuits tasted more like Red Lobster Cheddar biscuits than traditional southern-style buttermilk biscuits. That in itself wouldn't be so bsd, but the gravy wasn't authentic either. No sausage at all in the gravy, it was just white sauce with some pepper added. And lumpy. I suspect it came from a mix.

The eggs and meat were ok, and the two-tiered container kept everything warm. I don't really care for hash browns, so I can't really be objective about them. I ordered them extra crispy; they were crispy on the outside but kind of soggy on the inside.

Pancakes were quite good. The scrambled eggs tasted "weird" for lack of a better term, I wouldn't recommend them. The bacon and sausage was tasty, no problems with them. The hash browns were acceptable but nothing worth paying DoorDash prices for.

For the price, the portions were quite relatively larger than other chains. I'm not sure I would order IHOP via DoorDash again unless I specifically wanted their pancakes.
