Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very disappointed. Normally the food there is delicious but not this time. The chicken supremes combo, I paid extra for the 4 piece and I received very small pieces of chicken. I also paid extra for the Bo size and received fries that were a small amount, cold and hard. The fries were also half of those little crunchy bits that are at the bottom of the barrel, the ones no one eats. I did not receive my biscuit either. For the Bo berry biscuits, I paid extra for extra icing and did not receive that either.

food was not fresh like it usually is when I get doordash/ buy bojangles, I'm missing my bo rounds, I got the combo meal which is more expensive, jus to get the bo rounds, an my daughters kids meal was missing the biscuit.... The biscuits an gravy were not in the Styrofoam container it usually comes in. it was in a bowl, with the whole biscuit with the gravy on top. when they send a whole biscuit it comes with a separate container with the gravy so we can break the biscuits up an then pour the gravy on ourselves. I usually give 5 stars but I haven't had problems like this since I started using doordash.

This was the worst meal I've ever gotten from Bojangle's. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was horrible. The bacon was old & dried out, the egg was greasy & tasted disgusting & the biscuit was only cooked on the outside. The inside was raw dough. The coffee was nasty & undrinkable & the hash browns were still frozen in the middle. The apple dessert was not terrible, the only thing edible.

Cole Slaw about half full and potato Bo-Tato Rounds® about 3/4 full. Only worth the price when you get your monies worth.

We usrally have a great experience but tonight is horrible. The egg are so greasy. Biscuits are old. Just not what the normally give out.
