• 31/7/24My Afghan friend brought me here years ago and its a favorite. Delicous food every time! Highly recommend their Kadoo Challow, Triple Kabob, chicken kabob (delicous and tender), Shornakhud (garbanzo beans & potatoes in chutney), and Ferni for dessert. Friendly service.

• 27/5/26It was very bad food specially afghani food I had. The real afghani food is not like this that this hotel make, qabeli was too much bad rice was not cooked good and beeg was smile bad

• 29/6/23The ground beef dish and side salads that come with were all flavorful. One was a fabulous green chick pea concoction and the other finely chopped cucumber and tomato garnished with a jalapeño. I also tried the "pumpkin" dish which appeared to be butternut squash. Cooked well. I doctored it with some cinnamon and pumpkin pie seasoning. The bread is tasty too.

• 29/11/25I always ordered from de afghan and they are just amazing quality. I have a wish that they will open in the weekends and I also can stay open late in the evening since I am sure lunch is very slow generally in San Francisco restaurant scene.
