I've tried to find original Southern biscuits, eggs, and gravy for many years now, like my wife's Mama used to make. Flying Bicuit got it right. Absolutely deliecious. Well done Chef! And the grits were good too. :)

The Chorizo Hash was exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy day—fresh, warm, hearty, and full of flavor. The portion size was just right, and it’s definitely something I’d order again.

I only got two chicken tenders on my chicken and waffles and dirty bird. the Grits were watery, the chicken was chewy and the waffles were not very fluffy.

The white bread French toast was about 1/4" of an inch thick. Thicker bread with more eggs in the mixture would be perfect.
