I always enjoy my meal from Uncle Chung,'s Szechuan restaurant. The food is fresh done to my liking because I have food, allergies, and the portions are fantastic. It is worth the cost for the freshness alone.

1. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was the best!
2. The Beef Chow Mein was underwhelming: the noodles were "wet" and on the cold side and there was literally one slice of beef in the dish, and no beef flavor. Not OK!

At least twice a month, we have Uncle Chung's. Sometimes rice, or noodles, sometimes beef or pork but always the 60. 麻辣雞 / Princess Chicken 60 So crispy! Sweet & savor sauce is great over rice!

absolutely delicious ...lots of meat and very fresh veggies. the shrimp fried rice was the bomb. no leftovers it was too good...couldnt stop eating it
