Fries were clearly under a heat lamp for hours. Cold and stale. This McDonald's needs to get it together. Corporate needs to pay attention to the food quality at this location. Too often food is stale

Missing 10-pc nuggets order. Offered a refund of $4.75 but I had to order again for which I had to pay $8+.

Meat was cold bread was hard and not a typical good Big Mac. Clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp because it was not fresh.
