This is my favorite restaurant in town. Great value and very flavorful . You can tell that the ingredients are very fresh and high quality. Their rice dishes have really good portion sizes too. Highly recommended!

Vietnamese Cuisine is one of my favorite restaurants in Evansville. Their food is always fresh, always flavorful, and always generous portions. Even with delivery, it's always fresh and hot.
The Rice with Pork Chop came with 2 big pork chops grilled to perfection. They were well seasoned, but not spicy (maybe a little spicy for Evansville palettes, but more flavor than heat). The salad is the perfect accompaniment and the vinegar sauce pulls it all together.
The shrimp crackers are basically just shrimp wrapped in spring roll wrappers and fried to crispy, golden deliciousness. They were hot and crispy on delivery!

I order beef pho (12. Beef Noodle Soup Special) or the ribeye pho from this place literally once a week. Despite living downtown, every time the soup gets to me via delivery from the east side, it's piping hot, the beef is so fresh, and the broth is absolutely delicious. It's the perfect meal for when you're sick, hungover, sad, or just hungry. Actually, I love it so much, I'd even eat it if I weren't hungry. It is my favorite meal in Evansville, hands down.

I love love loved how the soup arrived with the noodles and the meat on the side. I was worried about everything showing up overcooked from the broth but I was delighfully surprised to see all the toppings on the side. It definitely made my night and I loved the pho. It is so authentic, it tastes just like my aunts and she is from Vietnam, so thank you!
