first time trying this place out and i was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. i used to eat this particular dish from a different restaurant when i was younger and im glad the taste was pretty much what i was looking for. its simple yet delicious. food was nice and moist, not dry at all, great flavor not too salty or greasy. chow mein was nice same with the rice it was fluffy and not dry or hard. thai tea had that authentic flavor, but it could have been a little bit creamier. other than that, i will definitely be returning here. also a great portion for under $10!!! hard to find places with prices like these that are actually good.

We move around alot and just moved to Vegas so like normal our mission is then to find a good Chinese take out place near us for our "go to spot", we tried two others and were disappointed but China Gourmet is hands down our new "Chinese spot". General Tso's House Special Chicken is always delivered hot, it's crispy, and not too sweet. A great balance. The Mongolian Beef Lunch no peppers is just as tasty and the Thai Tea was a perfect balance I wish I ordered two! Good quality, fair price, and their attention to the special requests are the best. a 10/10 if you're craving really good Chinese

If you're looking for some luxurious Chinese food place, this is isn't it. So, I don't understand why people come on here and leave reviews as if that is what it's supposed to be. It's Chinese FAST FOOD and it's damn delicious. Some of my go-to items are Kung Pao chicken, delicious sauce and perfect for a flash reheat, string bean chicken - delicious black bean sauce and also great as left overs, pretty much any beef item - string bean beef is very tender and flavorful, chicken lettuce wraps are awesome just add a little soy and hoisin for extra flavor, fried chicken wings with jalapeños and fried minced garlic are super delicious. Hot & Sour soup (shrimp only for me) is delicious and s perfect hit on a cold day or when feeling unwell.
I've been going here for more than a decade, the staff is always so kind and helpful, they'll remember you and always be super nice. It's just a great neighborhood place and I love supporting them, especially when the pandemic wrecked local small businesses. It's great to have a staple in the community. Oh, and it's worth to mention when calling in orders they're ready in about 10-15 minutes and even DoorDash orders arrive super fast. Huge plus. Thank you China Gourmet for always satisfying a craving for delicious Chinese fast food!

Everything we've ordered from China Gourmet has been a W!!! The egg rolls, the Chow Mein Noodle , their Thai Tea, their General Taos chicken. ALL delicious! Their food & customer service is unmatched!

The Mongolian Beef was way too spicy for me, though my sister and her husband loved it and went to China Gourmet over the weekend and had some for lunch!
I wanted to also order sweet and sour pork. I was able to find it on the menu once but lost it when trying to find it again to order it. Tried the sweet and sour chicken but it turned out to be deep fried.
