• 30/12/25I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, since the store was still in Azusa. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill. The store never seems to follow customer instructions—I always request the drink to be shaken, and it has never been done. This time, the boba had no flavor at all, tasting like plain dough. This is far below the quality this store used to be known for.

• 5/6/23I'm sorry but didn't like these, Cold Brew Hazelnut Coffee tasted like black coffee. I ordered full sweetness but there isn't any in there except for the boba. Seasoned Fries were just tooooooo salty almost as if eating straight up salt. 2nd time I left comments on a doordash page because I felt I really need to address this.
