Crispy Coconut Calamari I would say it was closer to a bloomin' onion consistency-wise but it was delicious!

My favorite dish is the Enchilada plate. I ordered this plate 2 days in a row and noticed a big difference in portion size for the beans and rice each time. Also tried the Portobello Marsala (amazing gravy) but the portion size and tough asparagus left room for improvement. Last thing I would recommend is to get rid of the foil lining as pieces ended up in my mouth even with gentle scraping of my food onto a different plate. The Greek salad is also amazing but wish the gyro didn't use breakfast-style meat patties as it feels off.

I was visiting from Baltimore. I had 1 free night to pick a vegan restaurant that would deliver to my Airbnb. Yikes! I researched in advance, and The Ginger Mule checked all the boxes, plus some.
I had already decided to order the Enchiladas. But when it came time to order, I panicked! Being vegan is hard when there's a whole menu to pick from! Finally, I told myself to chill out and go with my original decision -- the Enchiladas, the Lavender Sesame Butter Cake, and the Brownie with ice cream. It was absolutely the right decision.
The Enchiladas were AMAZING. Homey, filling, flavorful. The tomatillo sauce was the perfect compliment to the earthy filling, brightening it up. The side of black beans was, and I don't use this word lightly, divine. The rice was okay. I'm just not a big rice person. I had 3 meals out of this dish.
The Lavender Sesame Butter Cake was kind of bland. But the Brownie? It took 3 of us 2 sittings + snacking to eat it. Huge. Rich. Delicious. I want more.
