Everything I ordered was overcooked with the chicken thighs almost burned and dry. The fried okra pieces were all stuck together. The quality of the food is normally pretty good but this time it was awful.

I recv'd my chicken "BURNT" very disappointed
I usually have no problems ordering from Church's Texas Chicken. This 18pc meal was not cheap either.

I ordered spicy and they sent regular, I was disappointed. No spice here. Mac n cheese was watery and had burned parts.

Totally bland and unseasoned.,even though the pieces were crisp and nicely browned. I will never order the brand again.
