Have been craving Dan Dan Noodles so bad since Noodle Harmony had to close and decided to try these. This was a soupier version than I'm use to but not bad. Large portion and the mild was definitely spicy but didn't blow my head off. Also got the pea tip with garlic which was yummy and I highly recommend and would definitely order again. The cold chicken was super small and mostly bones, and unedible parts. The sauce that came with it was outstanding, too bad there was not much chicken to use with it. Used it for a few days on other stuff. Pork belly was WAY over salted (I like salty). House fried rice was outstanding, the only reason it's 3 stars.

maybe my favorite 9. Ma Po Tofu in the SGV, and the 11. Shrimp Fried Rice is excellent, with whole pieces of shrimp. the sauce on the 3. Chicken with Chili Sauce & Pepper is delicious but too many bones. really not enough edible meat to justify ordering sadly

Mild string beans were spicier thank I wanted. The Dan Dan noodles were excellent but mild is still quite spicy. If the restaurant is going to offer a mild spice level, it needs to serve food that is mildly spiced.
