Every time I order from here I get amazing subs that taste delicious. I can safely say I have never a sandwich from here that wasn't amazing! I would highly recommend you try the Italian, it's amazing!

Generous with dressing and turkey. Bread was good. Cranberries were nonexistent. Opened my own can and added some. It was ok.

Brownies; obviously to die for. Makes me smile w/o realizing when I bit into it. And the meatball sub is so good I wanted to cry when looking at it cause I was so hungry. Gave me a puny pickle but that's okay the last one they gave me was good so I'm chill

Orde the Pastrami sub with double meat. Did NOT rec double meat, as there was barely one thin layer of pastrami on the bread.
But the store sure charged me for double meat. Not cool.
I don't mind paying extra, as long as I actually receive the extra topping(s) I've ordered.
Could be a rookie mistake by a new crew member, or they just assumed because it was a DoorDash order, they could short the meat on the order. Either way, I don't think I'll be ordering from Firehouse again.

We ordered 2 Italian subs. When they arrived, the receipt had "No xyz" all the way down the ticket, basically removing most of the toppings that make it an Italian sub. I opened the sandwiches and there were a few toppings that were indicated "no" on the receipt, but the sandwiches were so scant, I had to bust out all of our cold cuts and cheeses and doctor it. Not happy for the amount of money these 2 sandwiches cost.
