Did not include my salsa for my chips in the order. Otherwise, my spicy chicken Burrito Bowls was great!

The food was very poorly prepared. They didn't not melt the cheese on my Nachos under the boiler and the portion I received was the smallest ever. They placed so little ingredients on top that it was almost entirely chips. I have ordered nachos from Barberitos a million times, but every time I order lately it seems to be worse than the last time. I am so disappointed in Barberitos. It is really going downhill. I have always loved Barberitos and their fresh and healthy food, it is our go-to spot for takeout; however, it's getting so consistently bad, that I honestly may have to stop ordering altogether. It's beyond ridiculous at this point.

This order of Barbarritos was not up to their usual standards. I got a burrito bowl, and the steak was a weird texture that almost disintegrated in my mouth and I didn't even want to eat it. I have no idea how you get steak to do that but something was clearly wrong with it. The whole bowl had a lot less food than I get if I order in person. They also forgot to add the salsa to my order, which is one of my favorite things from here.

Had an awful experience on my lunch break today. The store acted like they lost my order when I was went to pick up and when they finally made it, it was quite literally thrown into the bag with NO wrapping. By the time I got home, my burrito had completely fallen apart. HORRIBLE experience at this location.

Ordered a large cheese dip and only got literally a handful of chips. 1/4 of what you usually get when you order a burrito. Plus no salsa that I had specified in selections.
