Mediterranean Hummus Bowl was not worth the $20. Bowl had very little greens. The cauliflower rice was soggy. I had maybe 5 pieces of chicken and a few pieces of feta cheese.

Something is always missing & spilling. The chop carrots are huge chucks. Probably rushing thru the veggie preps .
Chopt's reliability & overall quality in how they put together their orders is going down hill.

Placed a pick up order the wrap was not with the side order I had placed and, was just placed on the shelf for pick up almost unwrapped. Usually, that is never the issue when I pick up an order.

3 salads took triple the time they said they would, so prepare for this. When salads arrived, all of them had jalapeños, when only one was supposed to and two of them had almost no dressing. There was also random cheese in one of the salads. Love this chain so not sure what happened this time.
