The salmon belly nigiri was buttery and delicious. The Crazy Eel roll was good but it was way too big so there was no way to get all the ingredients in one bite which defeats the purpose of a roll. The Beef Fried Rice was the best I've had in a long time. The flavor was on point and the beef in it was surprisingly melt in your mouth good. Would definitely order again!

The Koshi #6 is the best riceless roll anywhere! The Tuna Avocado Salad (and the salmon avocado salad) are good if they remember to give you the dressing. It is a generous size salad so ask for extra sesame dressing because it's SO GOOD (and they don't give you enough). The Salmon sashimi is decent. Koshi usually only gives us enough ginger and wasabi for one person so request extra if you are ordering for several people.

The Beef Bulgogi had no sauce and was cut too thick. It was also a VERY small amount for being expensive.

The food here is amazing most of the time. The sushi burrito, the McKinney, and the big mouth are some favorites. Just don't order if you live too far because the McKinney gets soggy and some appetizers go bad from the moisture in the containers
