Amazing Burgers, very juicy and well cooked each time. Fries are always plentiful!

We typically eat at the Five Guys restaurant in Orleans but this time we decided to order to the house using DoorDash. We were unpleasantly surprised to see we didn't even get a full cup of Little Cajun Fries. Usually we get the cup filled right up and then a bunch in the bottom of the bag which is enough to share for two people. This is barely enough for one typical serving for one person. The burgers were good but our tomatoes were hard and green. When we ordered, it said there was 21 minutes left to order from the store; I guess service standards really decline when it's near closing time. I wouldn't order from here again to be honest, which is pretty sad.

5 Guys is known to be a good fast food place but I don't recommend ordering the poutine: the cheese tastes weird, has melted too much, there is too much gravy sauce and the fries are meh.

Expensive, but delicious. My family really enjoyed it as a treat. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is pretty! Would order again!

Not many takeouts provide cutlery and extra napkins for poutine. Nice to have poutine gravy and curds packed separately. Would definitely order again
