They really gave small amt of chicken & they diced it down as if I was buying it from a supermarket....very bad. I will not order from that one again on Murfreesboro, close to Nasboro Village. The other Zaxby’s in Antioch is not like that

Last try ordering from this store and they failed again. My 5 piece Boneless Wings Meal was actually 2.5 piece chicken nuggets, barely a handful of ice cold fries. The 4 piece Chicken Tender Meal only came with 2 tenders and even fewer cold fries.

You guys completely screwed my order up. I ordered the 10 piece wings& things traditional. I got 5 wings and 3 tenders no fries. I just ate it because I was hungry but I spent 40.00 bucks and was not totally satisfied. I give you all one star for the screw up

They upcharge the food like CRAZY on the app but cut every corner possible with quality. I pay for extra sauces with each order and theyve started sending ramekins with sauce instead of the branded cups I was getting. The ramekins are half the size of the branded cups and theyre not even full. Just a ripoff and more importantly, now I don't even have enough sauce for the meal since they sent so much less than I paid for. Half the time they dont send a straw for the drink or include a fork when one is needed. I don't mind paying extra but at least send everything I asked for.

Order is wrong, order wings and things tongue torch with tenders dipped in tongue torch as well. Wings are dry and tenders have no sauce
