Best sandwich ever (and I've lived and eaten all over the U.S. and the world). Unbelievable flavor profile, the order was customized on both sandwiches but was executed flawlessly.

Liked but wouldnt order again. It looks so impressive but too sweet? Too wet? Beautiful bread, but way more bread than meat and the Turkey was shredded; textually weird and not enjoyable at all. The fat tomato slices and chopped cucumbers added to or made the moisture. Pretty, impressive but not full filling

Both of our Hook & Ladder.®s were excellent! This is my go to sandwich because it's perfect just how it comes. It was as fresh as if we'd ordered it at the restaurant. The medium is the perfect portion for us, as well. That BOGO is the best deal on DD right now. Will be ordering again!

This place literally had the best subs I've ever had, The Spicy Cajun Chicken is my favorite. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because idk if they have new hires? Or what's going on but their Spicy Cajun Chicken has been horrible lately. I couldn't even eat it because the chicken was so dry and the sauce was super salty and the bread was hard. Really hope things return to normal!

The Italian™ was good, only exception was cucumber was cut too thickly. The Honey Ham was a total miss; ordered green peppers (that turned out to be banana peppers), ordered no mayo ( got lots of mayo), the mustard was nonexistent, and this cold sub came toasted! However, the Mac & Cheese was perfect!
