I loooovee their sashimi. I always get salmon because it's been my favorite for years. Here, it's super fresh and clean cut. They don't give you super big portion nor skimp out. In my opinion, it's the perfect bite and quality.
Normal order for me is: Salmon sashi, Hot Salmon Roll (love their spicy mayo plus ginger combo) and Nijiya Roll for crunch texture.

Got (I think) the snow crab roll, hoping it would come with the tobiko like it says in the ig AI-generated description that it might, and it didn't come with tobiko and was basically a California roll, but was probably the best one I've ever had. Much better than store-bought. All of the ingredients were also very fresh (except for the Lumberjack Roll I also got that tasted a bit like old fish, but I was immediately refunded for it). Not a super filling portion, but sushi rarely is, and I'd definitely order again regardless

Sushi was warm when it wasnt supposed to be. Fish was not fresh. Sushi rolls we definitely pre made. Protein to rice ratio is way off. My salad was 6 pieces of lettuce. I would get Kroger sushi before getting anything from here again. Dont waste your time just get Super Yummy in Nac to go.

If you're thinking about ordering from Nijiya... DO IT NOW! The salmon roll was AMAZING and the fried spring rolls were still hot and soo delicious! I will be ordering again!!
